Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services through a variety of tasks that include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gather relevant patient history and identify mental health needs.

• Formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards and ensuring that documentation is timely and accurate.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop and refine comprehensive care strategies.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer reviews to uphold the high quality of care and contribute to ongoing team learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client demographic, encompassing individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your ability to connect with and understand clients from diverse backgrounds will be key in providing effective, culturally competent care. Your interventions will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, ensuring that every client receives personalized and thoughtful treatment aimed at improving their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
