Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Flourish, you will be responsible for:

\Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and challenges presented by your clients. \Administering therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. \Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, allowing for effective case management and continuity of care. \Collaborating with a diverse treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care and treatment coordination. \Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continually improve the quality of care and therapeutic strategies employed. \Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their wellness journey. \Staying informed of the latest research, evidence-based practices, and developments in the field of mental health to enhance your clinical practice. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n This position involves working with a wide-ranging demographic of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Each individual presents unique mental health concerns, and you will be instrumental in customizing therapeutic approaches that align with their specific needs. A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. \Preferred Experience\n While we welcome all qualified applicants, candidates who possess experience in telehealth services and those familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be given preference.
