DescriptionBusiness Analyst / PowerApps Developer requiring a Position of Public Trust clearance located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for working with business and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document project requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications and develop PowerApps solutions.Job Role Specific Requirements:Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document project requirementsResponsible for developing PowerApps app developmentWork directly with clients to support various projects and solutionsWork with other development team members to design and develop high performing solutionshich satisfy the requirements Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges ariseIdentify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines.Create QA test cases/test steps to ensure qualityResponsible for QA testing the entire solution to ensure that it is ready for user acceptance testingWork with end users to ensure user acceptance testing and a complete delivery of reporting/analysis solutionPerform peer review and testing on PowerApps solutionsRemains technically fluent with new and existing forms tools, processes, and development techniquesSupport SharePoint Development & TestingQualificationsPreferred skills and qualifications:3+ years of development experience in SharePoint environment(s)3+ years of business systems analysis and support experience2+ year of experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, Teams and SharePoint OnlinePrevious work or consulting experience supporting state or Federal government clientsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Multi-task effectively between projects.Proficient working in Agile project methodologies.Managing SharePoint ContentWorking with SharePoint lists, libraries, views & workflowsExperience working with business workflowsBasic Internet Technology Development skills (HTML/CSS)JQuery/JavaScript/JSLinkExperience/Understanding of Software Development principles UI/UX fundamentalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performanceAttention to detailsAbility to work independentlyOpenness and flexibility to learn any new technology as neededMust Have Skills:Certification in App Maker with PowerApps and Flow (OR) HigherAttributes: Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years’ experience Note: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and the ability to obtain a public trustJob Field: Engineering and SciencesTravel: No
