Recruitment Account Executive

Key responsibilities Building relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations Prospecting and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce Recommending recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions to meet clients' needs Required qualifications A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills A competitive mindset with a desire to learn Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a bonus
