Description Customer Service Manager – Residential Solar We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team in delivering exceptional service to our residential solar clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence customer satisfaction, foster team collaboration, and contribute to the growth of our innovative solar solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound customer calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to address inquiries and concerns. Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and fostering customer loyalty. Offer additional products and services to new customers, supporting their transition to renewable energy solutions. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving overall customer experience. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met and identify opportunities for process improvements. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their customer service skills and product knowledge. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to inform continuous improvement efforts. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in customer service within the residential solar industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle escalated situations with professionalism and empathy. Knowledge of solar products, services, and industry trends. Problem-solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
