Service Advisor / Service Writer

Bidleman Ford of Auburn is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer. We are looking for a true service professional who understands how to manage customers, technicians, repair orders, follow‑up, declined service, and a busy service drive. This is not an entry‑level position. We are looking for someone who has already worked as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Service Consultant in an automotive dealership or high‑volume repair environment. Compensation $70,000–$90,000+ annual earning potential Compensation includes strong base pay plus performance‑based incentives. This is a production‑driven environment where pay is directly tied to performance and results. Actual earnings will be based on experience, production, customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage service volume.
