Job Description
Coordinating door-to-door equipment deliveries from internal and external suppliers
Executing correct shipping documentation
Booking trucks
Following up on shipments
Approving shipping invoices for payment
Tracking shipments ad-hoc (import & domestic) and reporting to stakeholders
Tracking and reporting equipment delivery status
Reviewing and approving invoices from carriers and freight forwarders

Skills and Requirements
• 3 years of experience in logistics coordination
• 2 years of experience working in commercial logistics/supply chain importing and exporting execution of the following:
• Shipping certificates
• Customs duty & import VAT (value-added tax) rules regarding cross border shipments and invoicing
• Working knowledge of proper procedures and processes related to all INCOTERMS
• Customs invoice & Packing lists
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Someone who is resilient/quick thinker and can face problems (lots of change with tariffs) Bachelors in Supply Chain/Logistics/International Trade
