We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Pediatric Dentist to join our established pediatric dental team in the Charlotte area. Provide comprehensive pediatric dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Deliver preventive and restorative dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Educate parents and caregivers regarding oral health, prevention, treatment recommendations, and home care. Create positive dental experiences that help children develop lifelong confidence in receiving dental care. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding treatment options and patient needs. Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Uphold the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient experience.

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program. Active North Carolina dental license in good standing or ability to obtain. Current CPR certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered pediatric dentistry.
