Purpose of the role We are launching a Loan Officer Development Program designed to identify, train, and grow the next generation of high-performing Loan Officers. This role is ideal for motivated, early-career professionals who want hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a successful, trusted mortgage advisor. You will receive structured sales training, real-world experience, and one-on-one coaching to develop both the technical mortgage knowledge and the consultative, relationship-driven skills required to succeed in todays buying environment. Our goal is simple: turn driven individuals into confident, ethical, top-producing Loan Officers. What you will Learn and Do Sales & Consultative Training: Learn how to move from scripted conversations to trusted, needs-based mortgage consultations. Mortgage Fundamentals: Develop a strong understanding of loan products, guidelines, pricing, and compliance. Client Communication: Practice discovery conversations, objection handling, follow-up, and relationship management. Technology & Tools: Train on CRMs, AI-assisted tools, and sales technology used to prospect, manage pipelines, and personalize outreach. Live Coaching & Feedback: Participate in call reviews, role-playing, and ongoing coaching sessions focused on continuous improvement. Pipeline Exposure: Support experienced Loan Officers while gradually building your own pipeline. Performance Tracking: Learn how to manage activity, conversion metrics, and deal velocity to drive success.
