Compensation: $75,000 – $500,000 per year

1. Take the Free Sales Assessment — A short assessment that shows your strengths and fit for a high-performance sales career, with a detailed personality report and no commitment.
2. Meet with a Sales Manager — Sit down with a local sales manager and ask anything about licensing, earnings, commissions or a typical week in sales.
3. Get Licensed — No Minnesota Real Estate License yet? No problem. Edina Realty provides licensing education reimbursement and flexible class options to get you selling fast.
4. Join the Sales Team & Start Earning — From day one you have sales training, technology, leads and colleagues invested in your success. No prior real estate experience required; we handle the rest.

Requirements: You need a Minnesota Real Estate License to practice, but not to apply. A background in sales, customer service or business development? We want to talk, and we'll help you get licensed.
