Executive Assistant

LHH is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant for a company located in Bethesda, MD. This is a 23 month assignment supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role is 5 days onsite. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-level executives and demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including complex calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and develop presentation materials
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls
- Organize and support meetings, events, and executive-level initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and time-sensitive information
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
This role requires a proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to anticipate needs while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
