Job Description Job Description Litigation Attorney - Pittsburgh, PA Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Pittsburgh , PA . Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license . The Ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
Experience working with e-discovery software
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Oil and gas experience is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $175,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE).

Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
