Join a stable, highly regarded neurology practice in Reston as a Patient Care Coordinator, providing essential front-desk support in a warm, team-oriented medical environment. Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00/Hour Location: Reston, VA Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:45 AM 4:45 PM (or within 7:45 AM 5:00 PM operating hours)

Responsibilities:

• Manage front-desk operations at a brisk, efficient pace in a busy medical setting.
• Greet patients, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate patient demographic records.
• Verify medical insurance details and guide patients through front-office intake procedures.
• Collaborate closely with team members to foster a pleasant, professional patient environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 continuous years of medical office front-desk experience.
• Work History: Stable employment history with minimal gaps.
• Skills & Communication: Strong interpersonal, computer, and insurance navigation skills. Excellent verbal communication skills (bilingual/Spanish is a plus).
• Professionalism: Professional, business-like appearance and strong commitment to team-oriented work standards.
• Screening & Authorization: Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
