Our client is a business owner membership organisation, providing mindset confidence and goal setting support to business owners and entrepreneurs who are starting up, or growing their businesses.

As they build and expand their membership community, they are looking for an exceptional person to work with them on a permanent part time basis, to help support their customers to achieve great success, while they learn techniques to increase confidence, self-belief and manage their own mindset.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, this is a new role designed to enhance and manage member communications and support, whilst adding additional administrative resources to this professional team, spanning customer service, marketing and sales.

Ideal candidates will be/have:

• Great written and spoken communication skills.
• Experienced administrators with attention to detail
• Diplomatic, sensitive and able to demonstrate empathy.
• Great influencing skills, be able to speak well and credibly.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Experience of report writing with the added ability to represent facts succinctly.
• A creative flair in their writing and communication style
• Experience with CRMs and databases
• Tech savvy and quick to learn new tech.
• Committed to their own ongoing learning and development.
• Own car and able to drive easily to Newbury for monthly meetings and team events.

This is a part-time role of 25 hours per week, and this person will need to be available to travel to Newbury once a month for team meetings, and quarterly Customer Events. We can offer some flexibility around family etc and there will be occasional out of hours work to attend evening events online or in person.
