Staffing Recruiter Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through job boards, referrals, social media, and community networking.
• Match candidates to client job opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals.
• Conduct candidate follow-up and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with orientation, onboarding, and employment documentation.
• Perform quality check-ins with associates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support branch operations, customer service, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking and staffing systems.

Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, recruiting, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Fluency in English, Spanish, and French Creole is a plus and highly valued for serving our diverse associates.
