About the Role: Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Full Time Night Crew Manager at our San Francisco Grand Central location. The perfect candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent time management willing and able to work graveyards shifts. Essential Functions: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Night Crew Stocking, receiving, refilling and rotating items on shelves. Unloading deliveries and breaking down in a timely manner. Keeping an organized and well-maintained backroom. Handling products in such a way as to reduce the amount of damaged goods and shrink. Minimum Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of management experience. Pro-active team oriented. Able to communicate effectively. Positive attitude and ability to multi-task. Able to work overnight shifts. 3 - 5 years’ experience on a stock team. Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs. Standing: Up to 8 hours per day. Walking: Up to 8 hours per day. Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day. Pay Range: $29.98 - $30.66 depending on Industry Experience About the Benefits: This is a union position with competitive pay.
