What you'll do: Prepare and file petitions with USCIS, DOL, and DOS — H-1B, PERM, L-1, TN, O-1, I-140, I-130, I-485, and more Support family-based matters: Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, and Naturalization Draft forms, client correspondence, support letters, and legal memos Conduct legal research and stay ahead of regulatory changes Track deadlines and manage cases in Docketwise (or similar) Work directly with clients to gather documents and keep them updated What we're looking for: 3+ years of immigration law experience Strong command of U.S. immigration law, procedure, and terminology Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certificate a plus Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus Interested?
