Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Portland, OR. The Clinical Manager will lead and oversee healthcare operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing clinical staff, supervising daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and implementing policies, and driving quality performance improvements. The Clinical Manager will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide training and mentorship to staff, and ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience in team management and staff supervision. Clinical expertise in healthcare delivery, patient care management, and compliance with medical standards and regulations. Strong skills in performance improvement, operational efficiency, and policy development. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred); active RN license preferred; minimum 3-5 years of management experience.
