Sr. HCP Marketing Manager - CAH

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy including annual plans, HCP engagement initiatives, and budget management
- Design omnichannel HCP engagement strategies using data insights to measure and optimize performance
- Lead digital marketing strategies across paid media, CRM, email, web, social, and emerging channels
- Establish KPIs and leverage analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Oversee brand presence at national and regional medical congresses and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or life sciences plus 8+ years pharma product marketing experience
- 3+ years of HCP marketing experience
- Experience managing advertising agency of record activities
- Expertise in endocrinology and/or rare disease marketing preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or PhD) may substitute for some experience
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and drive process improvements
- Deep domain expertise with ability to represent company externally
