Polish bi-lingual Receptionist/Office Assistant. This busy Park Ridge Accounting firm's main clients speak Polish. You need to be able to have basic conversations. You will be first point of contact and need to be warm and welcoming while maintaining a sense of professionalism. Greet clients and respond to their inquiries. Answering phones, schedule appointments, maintain files and databases, using Outlook, some light Excel skills, taking payments, reports, ordering office supplies, and various office functions. During tax season hours have to be flexible. Saturdays are a possibility during tax season which is (January through April 15th).

They are willing to take someone that does not have alot of experience, but speaking polish is must everything else is trainable. This job would offer growth into the accounting field.

Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. 401K after one year, company pays 80% of health insurance after 30-days and vacation.

Requirements:

• Computer proficiency
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Bilingual English/Polish
• Willingness to grow and learn new skills
• Be able to Multi task, very busy position
