Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to employees and management, with a primary focus on employee relations, workplace grievances, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance. This key role will serve as a primary HR resource for employees by hearing and addressing workplace grievances, concerns, and conflicts; conducting objective workplace investigations; advising management on corrective and disciplinary actions; and ensuring employee relations matters are handled consistently, promptly, and in accordance with Company policy and applicable employment laws. The role will also support broader HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, policy implementation, employee engagement, training, and day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. Duties & Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees throughout the employment lifecycle, providing support with employee grievances, workplace concerns, benefits questions, onboarding, and other day-to-day HR needs. Conduct thorough, impartial, and timely workplace investigations, including interviews, fact-finding, documentation review, detailed note-taking, findings, and recommended corrective actions. Advise and coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, conflict resolution, employee communication, and consistent application of Company policies. Partner with employees and leadership across different cultural and operational backgrounds to resolve workplace concerns professionally and effectively. Support compliance with applicable employment laws and HR practices, including reasonable accommodations, protected leaves, workplace conduct, anti-harassment, and employee discipline. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records while identifying recurring issues, workplace risks, and opportunities for policy, training, or management improvement. Requirements 4–6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with strong hands-on experience handling employee relations, grievances, and workplace investigations. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred to effectively support a diverse workforce and communicate across different cultural and organizational backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to remain fair, neutral, and objective when assessing employee concerns and making HR recommendations. Excellent note-taking, documentation, interviewing, fact-finding, and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document sensitive employee matters. Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, accommodations, leaves, discipline, performance management, and termination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
