Advertising and Promotions Attorney - Partner Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Advertising and Promotions Attorney at the Partner level to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in advertising, marketing, and promotions law, with a focus on both traditional and new media. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the firm's advertising law practice. Duties Provide expert legal counsel on advertising, marketing, and promotions matters. Protect clients' business interests and brand elements throughout campaign life cycles. Counsel clients on avoiding and responding to legal challenges. Lead litigation of false advertising and unfair competition claims. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Participate in business development initiatives. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in advertising law. Proven record of successful client representation. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Valid authorization to work in the U.S. Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
