- Manage bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks (online)
- Create and maintain QuickBooks reports
- Handle accounts payable , including internal and third-party vendors
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Request vendor pricing and prepare estimates and purchase orders
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Coordinate with the company's CPA during year-end accounting closeout
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with QuickBooks reporting
- Strong accounts payable experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting accounting and administrative functions in a remote environment preferred
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Federal holidays observed
- Annual bonus based on company profitability
- Benefits package negotiable
