Position Overview
Confidential opportunity for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support revenue cycle operations within a senior living community. This role ensures accurate billing, collections, and resident account management.
Key Responsibilities
• Process resident billing across multiple service lines
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Ensure accuracy of charges, payments, and adjustments
• Work closely with residents and families to resolve billing questions
• Support month-end close and reporting
Qualifications
• 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with billing systems and Excel
