Growth & Marketing Coordinator

Intaso is a specialist cybersecurity recruitment firm growing fast across North America, and we're looking for someone to help us grow faster - A Growth & Marketing Coordinator, someone ambitious who sees themselves growing into a world class Chief of Staff or CMO one day. This is a role for someone who wants to own things. You'll be the person driving Intaso's presence in the cybersecurity market, producing content that gets noticed, running campaigns that convert, and helping our sales team move smarter and faster. You'll work closely with US leadership and alongside our Revenue Operations Director and Marketing Manager, both based in the UK, so you'll have genuine support, but real autonomy too. Success in 12 months = Intaso is more visible, more organized, and more commercially sharp because of you. The role has grown, and so have you. The Day-to-Day: Drive Intaso's presence in the cybersecurity market through original content - blogs, written pieces, podcasts, and webinars, and coordinate events that create real value for CISOs, security leaders, and cyber vendors Hold the team accountable to building their personal brands on LinkedIn, keeping activity consistent and quality high Own email campaigns end-to-end, targeted outbound to prospects, and nurture campaigns that keep our existing talent network warm and engaged Adopt and embed marketing tools that enable smarter prospecting and better network engagement across the board Get into the data, use ZoomInfo and our existing database to identify hot prospects, and find ways to automate the journey from lead to Salesforce to email campaign to sales flag. AI-enabled sales, done properly Optimize how we're using our data, how our processes are set up, and where AI can make the whole sales motion faster and sharper Support with RevOps essentials, getting client contracts signed, pulling together pitch decks and search briefing packs, keeping the commercial engine running smoothly Support the SVP of North America with ad hoc projects tied to the running and growth of the Chicago business Who You Are: Hungry, creative, and genuinely excited to build something, not just maintain it A strong writer and communicator who can produce content that doesn't sound like every other recruitment firm Curious about AI and already finding ways to use it to work smarter Comfortable getting hands-on with CRM, email tooling, and sales data Interested in cybersecurity, B2B marketing, or the business of talent Early in your career but not looking for an easy ride - you want exposure, responsibility, and room to grow fast Experience in marketing, content creation, sales support, or a commercial environment is a bonus.
