- Seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training solutions that support operational readiness and business performance.
- This role partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate technical content into effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and eLearning training using ADDIE methodology
- Partner with SMEs to gather content and develop structured training curriculum
- Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple locations (in-person and virtual)
- Support training projects from analysis through implementation
- Update training materials based on system or process changes
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning training
- Strong working knowledge of ADDIE methodology
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in technical or operational training environments
- Experience supporting system implementations or process changes
- Familiarity with training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick)
- Technical Training Specialist
- Experience developing and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning training
- Strong working knowledge of ADDIE methodology
Skillsets:
- Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Teams, SharePoint
- Power BI (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelors degree

- Travel: Up to 25% (regional travel required)
