Asst. Controller / Controller at High-growth Real Estate Private Equity Fund - EXCLUSIVE Reporting to the Senior Controller, this position will be responsible for all fund accounting and reporting and fund-related operations. This role will have a dotted line to the CFO! Oversee outsourced fund administrators as they relate to all accounting and operational aspects of assigned funds. Communicate effectively with fund administrators to ensure efficiency. Review their work thoroughly. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of assigned funds, including cash and liquidity management, capital calls, distributions, expense allocations, and coordination of periodic reconciliations. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with investment professionals and portfolio management teams to stay informed of portfolio activity, transaction developments, and valuation matters impacting assigned funds.
