YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SNOW EQUIPMENT INSTALLER
Schedule: Seasonal, full-time, or part-time options available. Standard hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities for those who want to earn more.
You spend your day installing snowplows, salters, and accessory equipment with precision and pride. You handle wiring and controller setups, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, and ensure every installation meets manufacturer standards. You collaborate with your team, share insights, and tackle challenges head-on, all while knowing your work keeps customers ready for winter storms.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Your own tools for equipment installation
- A valid driver's license
- Experience with Fisher and/or Western Equipment
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to accurately read and implement manufacturer installation manuals
- Experience with plow mount and wiring installations across a diverse range of vehicle makes and models
- Ability to safely lift over 75 lbs and thrive in a dynamic shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience installing LED lighting, strobe kits, and auxiliary electrical accessories is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in snow equipment installation is preferred
