Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients daily, using proven prospecting techniques to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Convert leads into appointments by following up consistently and building genuine relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine your skills, boost your confidence, and stay updated on market trends.
• Guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
• Track and analyze your performance metrics regularly to understand your business's health and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, celebrate successes, and foster a supportive and accountable work environment.
• Utilize provided leads effectively, maximizing each opportunity to grow your client base and close more deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems for tracking progress.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
