RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist for a contract opportunity in Philadelphia. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys sterile compounding in a focused, low-volume home infusion environment.

Position Details:
• Contract Length: 8+ weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Environment: Home Infusion Pharmacy
• Volume: Low volume setting with 1 Pharmacy Technician supporting operations

Responsibilities:
• Prepare customized sterile medications, including IV therapies, in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Perform sterile compounding using proper aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Verify sterile preparations and complete final product inspections.
• Ensure compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards.
• Oversee and support pharmacy technician workflow.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and equipment requirements.

Requirements:
• Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• 1+ year of recent sterile compounding experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy systems quickly.
