Clinical Performance Improvement Coordinator

Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation

Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis, TN is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate and evaluate clinical and operational performance improvement activities. The ideal candidate is an RN or related healthcare professional with at least three years of clinical experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include engaging with medical staff, educating on performance improvement methodologies, and maintaining quality of care.
