Mission Contribution:

To ensure efficient and effective contract operations resulting in client satisfaction along with ensuring the mission is fulfilled through files and compliance.


Function:

Under the direct leadership of the Contracts Operations Manager, responsible for the administration of the Ability One contracts, state contracts and commercial ensuring contract standards are met, compliance with CARF, Source America/Ability One, and other government regulations.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Evaluates potential team members for interests, aptitudes, and abilities for employment.
• Conducts interviews with potential team members for job placement.
• Assists with the evaluation, development and implementation of individual support plans and goals for team members with disabilities and/or other barriers to employment.
• Ensure all records and documentation required by Ability One or other grantor is maintained in accordance with contract/grant requirements.
• Manage an evaluation program to comply with specific grant requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting Gateway, ERS, QER, DQD's, PEI's and all other reports for auditing purposes and management.
• Conduct regular meetings to support team members to excel.
• Weekly site visits to have face-to-face interaction with employees.
• Act as a liaison for team members with barriers to promote job stability.
• Ensure all proper documentation of medical conditions and medicines of each team member to better understand and assist with barrier.
• Develop an individualized team member crisis plan for medical emergencies.
• Assist in coaching sessions with team members.
• Provides support with the delivery of supplies to contract sites.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Ability to effectively relate to persons with various types of disabilities, personalities, and cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work with others in a team approach with management and others.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others both verbally and in writing.
• Emotional Intelligence (EQ): high levels of self-awareness, maturity, and self-control
• Business systems, technology, procedures Windows Operating System, HRMS; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Publisher, and Outlook
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills with organizational leaders
• Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to work after-hours and weekends. This position may require travel to multiple locations daily.
• Incumbent must possess a valid Real driver's license, appropriate insurance coverage and a privately owned reliable means of transportation to travel throughout MGII territory to visit locations on a regular and recurring basis.
• Must be able to pass Federal security requirements.
• Must be able to pass the Federal Background Exclusion.

Education & Experience:

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field and/or 5 years of experience in specified area.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a leadership role.
• Motivated with the desire to help others particularly those with disabilities.
