Training Administrator

V2X

General Function Training Administrator will support a variety of LMS‑related tasks including overseeing administrative activities for the client in SuccessFactors, creating items, classes, alternate job classifications, curricula, making assignments, retiring items, processing item credit, supporting LMS clean‑up projects, providing support to the client with LMS questions, helping manage the group inbox, participating in process‑improvement initiatives, assisting with the development and maintenance of departmental job aids, attending and participating in team meetings, and providing reporting and analysis on standard operating procedures and other training‑related efforts. This is a remote full‑time position supporting a Fortune 500 global pharma client. Responsibilities Oversee administrative activities for the client in SuccessFactors. Create items, classes, alternate job classifications, curricula, make assignments, retire items, and process item credit. Support LMS clean‑up projects and address client LMS queries. Manage the group inbox and coordinate with the team to resolve issues. Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and assist with the development and maintenance of departmental job aids. Attend and participate in team meetings. Provide reporting and analysis on standard operating procedures and other training‑related efforts. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stay organized while working in multiple systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments to meet all project deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 2 years SuccessFactors LMS experience. Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑service type role. Required Education High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
