Administrative Assistant
Our client is a well-established organization seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and departmental partners. This Administrative Assistant role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting leadership operations.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support managers and team members
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Transcribe notes and ensure accurate documentation for management
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Track and monitor departmental expenses as needed
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience with expense tracking or reporting
