Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and lead a team to provide the best food and guest experience
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
• Create a positive work environment for everyone
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Run breaks and lead shifts
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder

Requirements:

• Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest with great customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Available to work any time, including Saturdays (time off can be given for special requests)
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
