Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center is looking for an energetic and service-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our on-site restaurant and bar. This role is responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences, supporting team development, and driving performance in a fast-paced hotel environment.

$55,000 - $70,000 yearly

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring efficient and high-quality service
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and resolve service issues in real time
• Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and productivity
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure operational readiness
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Support revenue growth through upselling and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first approach
• Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and cost control practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment
• ServSafe and alcohol service certification
