What You'll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Associate:

You'll help keep products moving safely and accurately through the warehouse
Receivr incoming shipments and verify materials against packing lists and purchase orders
Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments
Create bills of lading, freight labels, and shipping documentation
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
Enter shipping and receiving transactions into inventory and ERP systems
Coordinate with freight carriers and internal teams for pickups and deliveries
Organize inventory locations and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience
Previous forklift experience; certification preferred or willingness to become certified
Experience using ERP, inventory management, or shipping software is a plus
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependability
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment while following all safety and PPE requirements
