Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications, including IV therapies such as Heparin, Insulin, and PCA, following proper protocols.
  
  
• 
  Perform clinical tasks such as blood product administration, peripheral line care, starting IVs, and utilizing nasal cannula for oxygen therapy.
  
  
• 
  Manage patient care in a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with Rapid Response teams and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with shift requirements, including working charge nurse shifts and floating across facilities.
  
  
• 
  Complete required modules and pass EKG exam during onboarding to ensure clinical readiness.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold active RN license in good standing at the time of application.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system experience.
  
  
• 
  Possess BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Pass an EKG exam with no more than two attempts during onboarding.
  
  
• 
  Be willing to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and holiday rotations.
  
  
• 
  Submit background check with no open cases and follow all travel and RTO policies.
