Contracts Specialist

To support the Legal Operations team, the remote Contracts Specialist will manage and oversee a variety of commercial agreements including B2B sales contracts, NDAs, and subscription-based templates, while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure compliance and streamline contract workflows. Key responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate B2B commercial sales contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company policies Manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and service contracts, ensuring terms meet business objectives Create and maintain standardized contract templates to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field (Paralegal certification or JD is a plus) Three to six years of experience in contract management, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in contract creation and administration processes Experience with contract lifecycle management tools or tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, Conga) Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with familiarity in collaboration tools like Slack
