Controller / Accounting Manager

Job Description

Hands on Controller / Accounting Manager needed for a family-owned business in Marietta, Georgia. Since 1995, Can You Imagine, LLC has been a leader in the design and production of gifts and promotional items for the multi-family industry. Minimum 5 years of experience leading the accounting function, including managing team members. Candidates must be proficient in utilizing and optimizing accounting and financial software. (NetSuite experience is a huge plus.) This position is a keystone part of our organization and success and, as a result, you will be an integral part of our strategic leadership team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Hands on management of the Finance function, including:

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Cash Management & Forecasting
Inventory Management
Bank account and credit card account reconciliations
Journal Entries & General Ledger close
Monthly Financial Statements
Procurement
Payroll (using 3rd party provider) including annual W-2/1099 filings
Oversee setup of bills of material and new gifts
Assist with annual and periodic gift pricing/costing
Weekly Sales & KPI reports
Ad Hoc reporting & analysis
Optimizing NetSuite (reports, processes, etc.)
Annual Budgeting & Periodic Forecasting
Monthly Sales Tax reporting
Proficient in MS Office and Excel

In addition, position is responsible for HR duties including new hire paperwork, Simple IRA administration, maintaining benefits and compliance.
