In dieser Stelle werden Sie in einem internationalen Team von 12 Mitarbeitenden arbeiten und sind verantwortlich für die Betreuung ausgewählter Kunden im globalen Sensor‑ & Components‑Umfeld. Bei uns erwarten Sie kurze Entscheidungswege, ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld und die Möglichkeit, Kundenlösungen mit echtem Business Impact aktiv mitzugestalten. Welche Aufgaben werden Sie übernehmen? internationale Kunden und Großkunden im Bereich Sensoren & Komponenten technisch und kommerziell betreuen kundenspezifische Lösungen entlang des gesamten Anfrage‑ und Angebotsprozesses vorantreiben als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Außendienst, Technik, Marketing und weiteren Fachbereichen agieren Angebote erstellen und nachverfolgen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen und Marktpotenzialen beitragen Markt‑, Kunden‑ und Portfolioanalysen durchführen und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten technische Änderungen, Reklamationen und Sonderanforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Stellen koordinieren Ihre Ideen aktiv in Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen einbringen und so die erfolgreiche Positionierung unserer Produkte in internationalen Märkten unterstützen Was erwarten wir von Ihnen? verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Sensorik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung – alternativ über eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im vertrieblichen Umfeld bringen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Durchführung von Markt‑ und Kundenanalysen mit kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, und bewegen sich souverän in einem internationalen Umfeld verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Schnittstellen zwischen Kunde, Vertrieb, Technik und Marketing zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Service‑ und Kundenorientierung aus und treten überzeugend sowie professionell auf schätzen die Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams und gehen Ihre Aufgaben strukturiert, zielorientiert und eigenverantwortlich an Was können Sie von uns erwarten?
