Head of Growth

Description: As Head of Growth, you will define and lead the growth strategy for established eCommerce and DTC brands entering their next phase of expansion. You’ll operate at a strategic level, identifying the highest-impact opportunities and turning performance data into clear growth priorities. Rather than focusing on hands-on execution, you’ll build, guide, and manage the teams responsible for delivering growth across multiple channels. Your decisions will directly influence revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall commercial performance. You’ll collaborate closely with brand leadership, providing clear recommendations, roadmaps, and performance insights.
