Work Environment

Our Goshen outpatient office provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both patients and staff. The position involves working directly with a manageable caseload of 6 to 7 patients per day, ensuring individualized attention and high-quality treatment. You'll collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals who share a mutual commitment to excellence in patient care. Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, with a structured schedule of 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive physical assessments to devise personalized treatment strategies that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Employing various hands-on techniques and exercise modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educating patients on effective injury prevention strategies and promoting long-term wellness through lifestyle adjustments and ongoing physical therapy.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, and adapting treatment plans based on evolving patient feedback and clinical evaluations.
• Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss patient results and collaborate on best practices to fine-tune service delivery.
