Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Middletown, NY, where you will primarily work in patients' homes, bringing transformative therapy directly to those who need it most. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a predictable schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. With a manageable caseload of 6-7 patients per day, you can devote ample time to each individual's care without feeling rushed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess musculoskeletal and functional abilities, establishing a clear understanding of individual patient needs.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and adaptive strategies to promote mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on effective recovery strategies, injury prevention tactics, and best practices for maintaining long-term physical health.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, and dietitians—to coordinate an integrated approach to patient care.
