Work Environment

The rehabilitation facility is designed to create a welcoming and therapeutic atmosphere. Our onsite clinic features modern treatment rooms, exercise areas, and specialized equipment. Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. With a manageable caseload of 6 to 7 patients per day, our therapists can dedicate ample time to each individual, enabling meaningful connections and effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and needs upon intake.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilizing a variety of treatment techniques to restore function and improve patients' overall physical performance.
• Instructing patients in injury prevention strategies and promoting movement efficiency to enhance sustainable health practices.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations and clinic protocols.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for each patient.
