The work schedule is structured, allowing for a healthy work-life balance, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgement to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient goals, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress towards recovery goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and enhance rehabilitation effectiveness.
• Provide education and resources to patients about their conditions, recovery strategies, injury prevention, and strategies for maintaining long-term wellness.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues and specialist providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily involve working with adults experiencing a range of physical ailments, including rehabilitation following surgery, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and mobility impairment. The diversity of conditions you will encounter ensures a dynamic work atmosphere and the opportunity to employ a wide array of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Physical Therapy from New York.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy practice is desirable; however, recent graduates with enthusiasm and commitment to learning are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
