Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Set measurable short- and long-term goals, track patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
