Key Responsibilities

• Administer effective physical therapy techniques to an average of seven patients daily, focusing on personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs.
• Guide patients through mobility and rehabilitation exercises, incorporating evidence-based practices to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Facilitate clear and supportive communication with patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed about treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting therapy sessions and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care plans, applying your expertise to improve the overall patient experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active New York State Physical Therapist License is required.
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in the field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
