Work Environment

Located in the beautiful town of Goshen, New York, our outpatient clinic provides a supportive healing environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and rehabilitation technology. We serve a wide range of patients—from those recovering from sports-related injuries to individuals recuperating from surgeries and chronic pain issues. Our operational hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allow for a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of new patients to identify their needs and establish personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing their physical functionality and alleviating pain.
• Implement high-quality physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational sessions.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, reassessing treatment plans as necessary to ensure each patient meets their rehabilitation goals effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to deliver a seamless and integrated care experience for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals across various age groups and backgrounds seeking to regain mobility and quality of life after injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You will engage with 6-7 patients daily, providing individualized attention and care strategies that are culturally competent and responsive to each patient's unique challenges.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license issued in New York State is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
• A strong commitment to patient care and a passion for rehabilitation is essential.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is desirable; however, we welcome applications from new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
• Previous experience with manual therapy techniques and contemporary rehabilitation methodologies will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
