In this full-time role, you will be primarily responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic. Work Environment

Our Montgomery outpatient office is purpose-built to create a welcoming and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff. Our workdays run Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a good work-life balance. In our clinic, the caseload averages 6 to 7 patients per day, ensuring that therapists can devote adequate time to each individual while minimizing stress and promoting effective treatment outcomes. Our streamlined documentation processes alleviate administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on rehabilitation and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques and modify strategies in response to patients' clinical progress, utilizing evidence-based approaches to enhance care.
• Educate patients on mobility improvement, rehabilitation exercises, and home exercise regimens to promote long-term recovery and prevent re-injury.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and for continuity of care.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment strategies that leverage the expertise of the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits
